Shipping and Processing

Grown Green Rugs offers FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous 48 states via FedEx© or UPS© ground. Larger Rugs (8 x 10 or larger) will ship via freight carrier.

If the customer requires additional or unusual delivery methods (e.g. carrying the package up several flights of stairs), they may be liable for a delivery surcharge from the delivery agent. Also, it is the duty of the customer to ensure that the delivered goods reach their final destination once the items have been delivered to the provided address.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will be subject to specific shipping charges. Please contact our Customer Service Department to set up a delivery.

Deliveries to Canada will also be subject to specific shipping charges. Please contact our Customer Service Department to set up a delivery.

We ask our international customers to please contact our Customer Service Department directly to discuss possible shipping options. Please find our contact information at the top of this page.

For deliveries outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for any additional taxes, custom or brokerage fees, and international costs experienced during shipment.

Currently, Grown Green Rugs is unable to ship to Guam, P.O. Box Addresses, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).

Delivery Time Because Grown Green Rugs are custom made to order, most orders are ready for shipping within 7 to 10 business days after purchase. Please allow 3-7 additional business days for shipping. In the event that your order is delayed, Grown Green Rugs will notify you via email immediately.

In some situations, items ordered on the same day may not arrive as one shipment. Larger items may require shipment via freight carrier and accordingly, will have a separate timetable from smaller items.

Rush delivery services are available for shipments within the contiguous 48 states at an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information regarding this service.

Sales Tax

The appropriate sales tax will be added to the total order price for customers shipping to California, Georgia, Kentucky, and Utah.

At Grown Green Rugs, we're committed to offering our customers the lowest prices possible on our fantastic products. Because we are honored to have your business, we offer a Price Matching Guarantee to all of our customers. If you order an item from Grown Green Rugs and find the same item (i.e. the same model and vendor) advertised anywhere else for less, simply send us a copy of the advertisement or catalog description or a link to the appropriate website within 30 days of your purchase, and we will gladly reimburse you for the difference in retail price, excluding any shipping or processing fees.

Please note that coupon offers (including percentage discounts or free shipping/processing fees) and re-sale/auction offers are not included with our guarantee.

If you would like to submit a request in response to this guarantee, please be sure to include the following information to ensure that your request is processed accurately and quickly: your order number, our item number, our price, the competitor's name, the competitor's item number, the competitor's item description, a copy of the advertisement or a link to the appropriate website, the competitor's price. Upon receiving and confirming this request, Grown Green Rugs may take up to 1 month to satisfy your claim.
