Are samples available?
Yes, you can order samples in the Design Your Rug tool.

To order a sample of a rug field, select the fiber, style, and color that you want and click the "Add to Cart" button next to "Sample of Selected Rug Field ($2)."

To order a border sample, select the border, width, and corner style that you want and click the "Add to Cart" button next to "Sample of Selected Border ($2)."

Are rug materials available as broadloom (wall-to-wall) carpeting?
Yes. Most rug fields are available as broadloom carpeting. Contact us via email with your request for more information and pricing.

Can I order a custom-shaped rug?
Yes, the options are endless. We can design a round, octagonal, L-shaped, etc. rug to fit you room. Contact us via email for more details.

What kind of rug pad should I get?
Rug pads are available in three styles:

• The Soft Grasp rug pad is a double stick pad that will help hold your rug in place while on a carpeted surface.
• The Pillow Grasp is a softer rug pad that will add cushion and help hold your rug in place while on a hard surface.
• The Supreme Grasp is a reversible pad with extra cushion and comfort that can be used over hard or carpeted surfaces.

What is the lead-time between orders and shipment?
Our rugs are produced and shipped within 7-10 working days. Hide rugs may require more time for production. For hide rug inquiries please contact us via e-mail at info@growngreenrugs.com

Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes, we are happy to offer a 10% discount to qualifying members of the trade. We only ask that you fill out the form below and send it back to us for approval. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once you are approved. Trade Discount Application

Can I use my natural fiber rug outside?
We do not recommend natural fiber rugs for outdoor use. Water and the elements can often damage your natural fiber rug. However, we do offer an outdoor product that can withstand the elements. Our Veranda Products are made of polypropylene and are perfect for weathering the outdoors.

Why doesn't my rug match my sample?
Because our floor coverings are woven from natural fibers, they have normal irregularities that are considered part of their charm. Variations in weave and shading create distinctive, interesting character that makes natural fiber floorcoverings unique. All natural fibers eventually return to their original colors. Bleached products darken over time, and colored fibers fade.

Can I steam clean my rug?
No. Steam cleaning, or any other overall cleaning method that saturates your rug with water, will stress the natural fibers in your floorcovering. For instance, sisal will shrink while coir will expand.

Do you offer stain or fiber protectors for your rugs?
No. We have tested several stain guards, and found that they are not effective on natural fibers, and therefore offer no added value to our products.
